Join a small women-only circle at The Hideaway. Settle into the wood-fired sauna, choose whether the cold plunge feels right for you, then pause by the fire with herbal tea. Follow your own tolerance; there is no pressure to plunge.

Your own guided ritual
A private guided sauna and plunge ritual is available for two hours on request. Tell us your group size and preferred date for availability and pricing.
All sauna users must be aged 16+. Heat and cold are optional; listen closely to your own tolerance. If pregnant, taking medication or living with a condition that affects heat or cold tolerance, seek appropriate medical advice before booking. No alcohol or recreational drugs.
